Acceptance
By browsing code-lib.digital or enrolling in a Code Lib lesson, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an enrolment enquiry.

Educational nature of services
Lessons, clinics, reviews, worksheets, and field notes are educational. They are not personal financial product advice, brokerage services, or guarantees of trading performance. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Enrolment and accounts
Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding booking until we confirm dates and you pay any required deposit. You must provide accurate contact details and keep them current for scheduling messages.
Intellectual property
Curriculum outlines, worksheets, chart packs, site copy, and branding remain the property of Code Lib or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study while enrolled. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or unlawful messages through forms or email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Code Lib is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability related to a paid enrolment is limited to the tuition fees you paid for that enrolment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
