Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits, refunds, rescheduling, and no-show rules for Code Lib intensives, clinics, and private chart reviews.

This policy applies to paid Code Lib lessons: the Intraday Chart Structure Intensive, Opening Range Clinic, and Private Chart Review sessions. It does not cover products we do not sell, such as physical merchandise subscriptions or downloadable signal packages.
Deposit and full payment
Intensives and clinics require a 30% deposit to reserve a seat. The balance is due seven days before the first session. Private Chart Reviews are paid in full when the appointment is confirmed.
Full refund eligibility
You may request a full refund of amounts paid if:
- Code Lib cancels a lesson and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 60 days
- You cancel in writing more than 14 days before an intensive or clinic start date
- You cancel a Private Chart Review at least five business days before the appointment
Partial refunds
Cancellations received between 14 and 5 days before an intensive or clinic start date receive a 50% refund of tuition paid. The retained portion covers preparation, materials allocation, and the held seat.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits become non-refundable within 5 days of an intensive or clinic start date
- Printed materials already produced for a named participant after the balance due date
- Office-hour slots already used within an intensive package
No-shows and late arrival
Missing a session without notice, or arriving too late to participate meaningfully, does not create a refund. Where possible we may offer a single transfer to a later cohort for intensives if notice is given at least five business days ahead.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed for Private Chart Reviews when you give at least five business days’ notice. Further reschedules may require a AUD 60 administration fee. Intensives may be transferred once to the next published intake if notice meets the five-business-day rule and seats exist.
Work already started
Once an intensive session has begun, tuition for that enrolment is non-refundable except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise or where Code Lib cancels remaining sessions.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@code-lib.digital with your name, lesson, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add several days.
